- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake the potatoes for about 1 hour until tender.
- Let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut them in half and scoop out the insides.
- In a bowl, mix the potato insides with sour cream, milk, cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the potato skins with the mixture.
- Place the filled skins back in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
