A simple and quick tater tot casserole perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Mix well.
- Spread the beef mixture in a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Layer tater tots on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Feel free to add vegetables for extra nutrition.
- Use ground turkey for a leaner option.
