Instructions

- Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken thighs, brown on both sides.
- Add carrots, chicken broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
