Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken thighs, brown on both sides.
  4. Add carrots, chicken broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
