Description
A classic festive drink made with eggs, milk, sugar, and alcohol.
Ingredients

- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup bourbon or rum
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the eggs until frothy.
- Add sugar and mix until well combined.
- Stir in milk, heavy cream, bourbon, and vanilla extract.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Serve in glasses and sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Notes
- Adjust alcohol quantity to taste.
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit bourbon or rum.
- Can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
