Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 12 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup eggnog
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped white chocolate. Stir until smooth.
- Add the eggnog, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours, or until firm.
- Using a melon baller or spoon, scoop out small amounts of the mixture and roll into balls.
- Dust each truffle with cocoa powder or powdered sugar.
- Place truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- For a stronger flavor, use spiced eggnog.
- Drizzle with melted dark chocolate for added decoration.
- Serve chilled for best texture.
