Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 12 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup eggnog
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and add the chopped white chocolate. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add the eggnog, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours, or until firm.
  5. Using a melon baller or spoon, scoop out small amounts of the mixture and roll into balls.
  6. Dust each truffle with cocoa powder or powdered sugar.
  7. Place truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until ready to serve.
