- 12 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
- 1 cup Canadian bacon, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup hollandaise sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add cubed bread, Canadian bacon, and cheese to the egg mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and lightly browned.
- Drizzle with hollandaise sauce before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ham for Canadian bacon.
- Try adding vegetables like spinach or tomatoes for extra flavor.
