Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cooled macaroni, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, and parsley to the bowl.
  4. Toss well to coat all ingredients with dressing.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
