- ½ cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub the beef tenderloin with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef on all sides.
- Transfer the beef to a roasting pan and pour the red wine and beef broth around it.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the desired doneness.
- Let the beef rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with the pan juices drizzled on top.
