Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic on top of the chicken.

  4. Sprinkle thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
  6. Shred chicken before serving.
