- 2 cups stuffing
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 4 cups green beans
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup gravy
- 1 bottle red wine
- 1 cup pumpkin pie
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by seasoning it and stuffing it.
- Place the turkey in the oven and roast for about 3 hours.
- While the turkey cooks, prepare the sides: steam green beans, mash potatoes, and heat gravy.
- Make the cranberry sauce and set aside.
- Once the turkey is done, let it rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Serve the turkey with the sides and wine.
- Finish with pumpkin pie for dessert.
