Instructions

  4. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Add red wine to the skillet and bring to a simmer.

  7. Remove the steaks and let them rest.
  8. In the same skillet, add butter and let it melt.
  9. Add asparagus and lemon juice, sauté for 5 minutes.
  10. Serve steaks with asparagus on the side.
