- 2 tilapia fillets
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush tilapia fillets with melted butter.
- Coat the fillets with the parmesan mixture.
- Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until fish is cooked through and crust is golden.
