Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed hazelnut praline

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, beating until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in chopped hazelnuts and chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cookies cool on a wire rack.
  10. Sprinkle crushed hazelnut praline on top before serving.
