- 1/2 cup diced olives
- 1/4 cup diced roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese at room temperature.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese with olives, roasted red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, walnuts, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Shape the mixture into a log.
- Wrap the log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, remove from plastic and garnish with fresh herbs.
- Serve with crackers or bread.
