Description

A spicy and creamy chicken ramen dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add heavy cream, soy sauce, chili paste, and chicken broth.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  7. Drain noodles and add to the sauce.
  8. Mix well to combine.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.

Notes

  • You can adjust the spiciness by adding more or less chili paste.
  • Use any type of ramen noodles you prefer.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
