Description
A spicy and creamy chicken ramen dish.
Ingredients

- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream, soy sauce, chili paste, and chicken broth.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Drain noodles and add to the sauce.
- Mix well to combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
- You can adjust the spiciness by adding more or less chili paste.
- Use any type of ramen noodles you prefer.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
