- 1 lb of turkey breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup of cranberry sauce
- 1 package of mini phyllo cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cooked turkey, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
- Fill each mini phyllo cup with the mixture.
- Top each cup with a small amount of cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cups are golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy.

- You can substitute turkey with chicken or tofu for a vegetarian option.
- Adjust the amount of cranberry sauce to taste.
