A spicy and flavorful chicken stir fry with vibrant vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add bell peppers and broccoli, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce and sriracha, pour over stir fry.
- Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and top with green onions.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha for desired spice level.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
