- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a bowl, beat together the eggs, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Add the cooled chocolate mixture and mix until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
