Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil.

- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Pipe dough into donut shapes and fry until golden, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to create a glaze.
- Dip crullers in glaze and let set.
