- 1 cup pastry cream
- 2 cups assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc.)
- 1/4 cup apricot glaze
Instructions
- Bake the tart shell according to package instructions and let it cool.
- Prepare the pastry cream and let it cool completely.
- Spread the cooled pastry cream evenly in the tart shell.
- Arrange the fresh fruits on top of the pastry cream.
- Brush the fruits with apricot glaze for shine.
- Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
