Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, cream together the salted butter and sugar.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Sift in the flour and baking powder. Combine until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Cookies can be frozen for up to three months.
- Adjust sugar for a sweeter taste if desired.
