Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Cinnamon for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
  5. Pour batter onto skillet and cook until bubbles form, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Flip and cook until golden brown, another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve warm.
