A delicious dessert made with fresh apricots and a crispy topping.
Ingredients

- 4 cups fresh apricots, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sliced apricots with a tablespoon of sugar and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add melted butter to the oat mixture and stir until crumbly.
- Spread the apricots evenly in a baking dish.
- Top the apricots with the oat mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with vanilla ice cream for added flavor.
- Can substitute peaches for apricots if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
