Instructions
- Slice the tomatoes into thick rounds.
- In one bowl, place the flour.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, mix breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each tomato slice in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry tomato slices until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels.
