Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. Layer half of the potato slices at the bottom of the dish.
  4. Spread half of the minced garlic and basil over the potatoes.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Repeat with remaining potatoes, garlic, and basil.
  7. Pour heavy cream over the top.
  8. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes until potatoes are tender and top is golden.
