Ingredients

- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Layer half of the potato slices at the bottom of the dish.
- Spread half of the minced garlic and basil over the potatoes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Repeat with remaining potatoes, garlic, and basil.
- Pour heavy cream over the top.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until potatoes are tender and top is golden.
