- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika. Remove from heat.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For a crispy top, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
- Adjust the garlic quantity according to your taste preference.
