Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup crispy fried onions
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt garlic butter and add chicken cubes.
- Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Cajun seasoning to the skillet.
- Mix in cooked macaroni and stir until well combined.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with crispy fried onions.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
