- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic.
- Sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve warm.

- Adjust garlic quantity to taste.
- For extra flavor, add parmesan cheese on top before serving.
- Use fresh broccoli for best results.
