Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic.
  6. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
  7. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  9. Serve warm.
