Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. In a bowl, place the mashed cauliflower.
  6. Add steamed broccoli and bell peppers on top.
