Description

Delicious garlic butter steak served with cheesy alfredo tortellini.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 pound cheesy alfredo tortellini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Add garlic butter to the skillet and baste the steaks.
  5. Remove steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
  6. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
  7. Drain tortellini and toss with remaining garlic butter.
  8. Serve the steak with cheesy alfredo tortellini and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
