Ingredients

- 2 ribeye steaks
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 pound cheesy alfredo tortellini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Add garlic butter to the skillet and baste the steaks.
- Remove steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
- Drain tortellini and toss with remaining garlic butter.
- Serve the steak with cheesy alfredo tortellini and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
