Description
A delicious grilled cheese sandwich featuring garlic and mushrooms.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Sauté until mushrooms are soft.
- Remove mushrooms from skillet and set aside.
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Add half of the cheese, followed by the sautéed mushrooms, and then the remaining cheese.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Grill until golden brown, then flip and grill the other side.
- Remove from skillet and cut in half before serving.
Notes
- You can add herbs for more flavor.
- Use your favorite type of cheese.
- Adjust garlic quantity to your taste.
