Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine broccoli, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until broccoli is well coated.
- Spread broccoli on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- Return to oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust garlic according to taste.
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes.
- Can substitute parmesan with nutritional yeast for a vegan option.
