- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir to combine.
- Remove from heat and mix in cheddar cheese and half of the parmesan cheese.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
- Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
