Description

Garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs are delicious stuffed biscuits filled with savory cheeseburger ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir to combine.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in cheddar cheese and half of the parmesan cheese.
  5. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  6. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
  7. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
  8. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
