Description

Delicious garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs filled with juicy beef and melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the biscuit over the filling and seal it tightly.
  6. Place the bombs on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush with beaten egg and drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
