- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add garlic, milk, butter, Parmesan, salt, and pepper to the potatoes.
- Mash until smooth and creamy.
- Grease a muffin tin and scoop the mashed potatoes into each cup.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden on top.
- Garnish with chives before serving.
