Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 8 ounces twisted pasta
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add steak bites and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned, stirring often.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese.
  6. Meanwhile, cook twisted pasta according to package instructions.
  7. Drain pasta and toss with Cajun seasoning.
  8. Serve steak bites over Cajun twisted pasta and garnish with parsley.

  • You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less Cajun seasoning.
