- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crunch, broil wings for 2-3 minutes after baking.
- You can adjust garlic amount to your taste.
