- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb steak, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove steak from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until combined.
- Return the steak to the skillet and mix with the sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
