  • 1 lb steak, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove steak from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until combined.
  7. Return the steak to the skillet and mix with the sauce.
  8. Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat.
