Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add celery and onion, sauté until soft.
  4. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour vegetable broth over the mixture and stir well.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
