A gluten-free stuffing recipe perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 4 cups gluten-free bread cubes
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add celery and onion, sauté until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour vegetable broth over the mixture and stir well.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown on top.
Notes
- Use any gluten-free bread of your choice.
- Adjust seasonings to taste.
- Can be prepared a day in advance and reheated.
