A quick and flavorful ginger soy tofu stir fry.
Ingredients

- 14 oz firm tofu, cubed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess water.
- Cut the tofu into cubes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add tofu and cook until golden brown.
- Add ginger, bell pepper, and broccoli.
- Stir in soy sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

- Use fresh ginger for best flavor.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
