Ingredients

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup molasses
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over medium heat.
- Stir until melted and smooth.
- Add ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and molasses. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
