Ingredients

- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, blend butter, eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Combine both mixtures until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be decorated with gluten-free icing.
- Use different flavors of almond milk for variety.
