  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and crushed peppermint.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
