Ingredients

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (gluten free)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can substitute almond flour with another gluten free flour.
- Top with whipped cream or fresh berries for serving.
