Ingredients

- 8 cups gluten-free bread cubes
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, sauté onion and celery until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in vegetable broth and mix well.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
