- 1 cup gluten free flour
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the gluten free flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, eggs, and melted butter.
- Combine both mixtures until smooth.
- Pour into a greased pie dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be served with whipped cream.
- Adjust spices to taste.
