Ingredients

- 1 loaf gluten-free bread, cubed
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, sauté celery, onion, and mushrooms until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine gluten-free bread, sautéed vegetables, and herbs.
- Pour vegetable broth over the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
