A selection of gluten free appetizers perfect for Thanksgiving gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add eggs and mix until smooth.
- Fold in diced bell peppers and chopped spinach.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- These can be made a day in advance.
- Feel free to add other vegetables as desired.
