Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add eggs and mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in diced bell peppers and chopped spinach.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.
