A gluten-free Thanksgiving meal that everyone can enjoy.

- 1 turkey, 12-14 lbs
- 2 cups gluten-free bread crumbs
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups green beans
- 1 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the turkey by seasoning it with salt and pepper.
- In a pan, sauté onions, celery, and mushrooms until softened.
- Add gluten-free bread crumbs, parsley, thyme, and rosemary to the pan.
- Moisten the mixture with chicken broth.
- Stuff the turkey with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast for 3-4 hours.
- For the cranberry sauce, combine cranberries, sugar, and orange juice in a saucepan.
- Cook until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens.
- Steam green beans until tender.
- Serve the turkey with cranberry sauce and green beans.

- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- Use fresh herbs for better flavor.
