Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free bread crumbs
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 1 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by seasoning it with salt and pepper.
  3. In a pan, sauté onions, celery, and mushrooms until softened.
  4. Add gluten-free bread crumbs, parsley, thyme, and rosemary to the pan.
  5. Moisten the mixture with chicken broth.
  6. Stuff the turkey with the breadcrumb mixture.
  7. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast for 3-4 hours.
  8. For the cranberry sauce, combine cranberries, sugar, and orange juice in a saucepan.
  9. Cook until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens.
  10. Steam green beans until tender.
  11. Serve the turkey with cranberry sauce and green beans.
