Ingredients

- 500g gnocchi
- 200g chorizo, diced
- 200ml heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons harissa paste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add chorizo, cook until browned.
- Stir in harissa paste and heavy cream.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked gnocchi to the pan, stir to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
