Ingredients

  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons harissa paste

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  4. Add chorizo, cook until browned.
  5. Stir in harissa paste and heavy cream.
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Add cooked gnocchi to the pan, stir to coat.
